About Me
I am Nazmul Alam Opu, a dedicated legal professional and practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, with a passion for justice, legal excellence, and ethical practice. I am the Founder and Head of Chambers at N. Alam & Associates, a client-focused law firm established in 2018.

 


I am also a Proud Advocate of the Dhaka Judge Court and a Proud Member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, which enables me to serve clients effectively across both trial and appellate courts, and in matters related to taxation and corporate affairs.
I completed my LL.B (Hons) from the University of Derby, United Kingdom, where I gained a strong foundation in common law and international legal systems. After returning to Bangladesh, I devoted myself to building a legal practice grounded in trust, strategy, and results.

I advise and represent businesses on company formation, shareholder agreements, board governance, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with corporate laws in Bangladesh.

  • Judicial Reviews of government and quasi-judicial authority decisions
  • Public Interest Litigation (PIL)
